What You’ll Receive:

1. Pre-Consultation Interview Questionnaire
Before we meet, you’ll receive a thoughtful pre-consultation form to complete. This helps us gather essential information about your property, climate, goals, and challenges, so we can make the most of our time together during the session.

2. 1-Hour Online Consultation
In our live session, we’ll:

• Explore your goals, priorities and site context

• Conduct a sector analysis (sun, wind, water, access, fire risk, views, etc.)

• Match your desired elements (e.g., veggie gardens, fruit trees, water systems, animals, composting, food storage) to your land

• Identify what’s feasible and practical for your situation

• Recommend appropriate methods or systems based on your context (e.g., wicking beds vs. in-ground beds, worm farm vs. compost bay, espaliered vs. free-standing trees)

3. Summary Recommendations Report
Within a week of the session, you’ll receive an 8–15 page PDF report summarising everything we covered. This includes:

• A summary of your goals and the key recommendations discussed

• Suggested element placements

• Further resources, relevant factsheets

• A simple "mud map" – a hand-drawn or digital sketch that shows rough placement of elements on your property (e.g., veggie patch, compost, chicken run, orchard etc.)
