Workshop & Tour Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent process for cancellations and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before making a booking.
Cancellations by Participants

More than 10 days before the event:
You are entitled to either:-
A full refund, or
-
A credit voucher for the full amount, redeemable for any future Workshop, Tour, or any service provided by Nourished Landscape Services.

10 days or less before the event:

No refund will be issued.

If we are able to fill your spot from a waiting list, a refund or credit may be offered.

You are also welcome to transfer your booking to another person at no extra charge.

This policy reflects the commitments we make in preparing for events, such as catering, administration, and limiting attendance, which impact our operations when changes occur close to the event date.
Weather Check & Postponement Policy
We operate rain or shine, but your safety is our priority.

A final weather check is made early on the morning of the event, usually around 6:00–7:00 am.

Light rain or a passing shower is generally not a reason for cancellation, especially in our subtropical climate where short showers are common.

In the case of storms, strong winds, or continuous heavy rain, the event may be postponed for safety reasons.

If postponement is necessary, we will notify all participants via email and/or text message as early as possible on the morning of the event.
If a workshop is postponed due to weather, you will be given the option to:

Transfer your booking to the rescheduled date, or
-
Receive a credit voucher for any future Workshop, Tour, or Nourished Landscape Services offering.
Unexpected Disruptions or Emergencies
In the event of broader disruptions (e.g. lockdowns, natural disasters, or pandemic-type scenarios), you may choose:

A full refund, or
-
A credit voucher for the full amount to use on any future service we offer.
How to Request a Refund or Transfer
Please email us at admin@nourished-landscapes.com with your full name, booking details, and your preferred option. Refunds and credits are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
