Want to learn how to butcher your own sheep at home, ethically, safely, and with confidence?

Join us at Nourished Landscapes Homestead for a rare, hands-on butchering workshop, teaching you how to humanely process small livestock from paddock to plate. This one-day intensive, guided by experienced practitioners, covers everything from animal selection and health assessment through to breaking down the carcass into quality cuts for the table.

What You’ll Learn:
 – Humane culling, bleeding out, skinning, gutting, and how to prepare the animal to carcass stage
 – Carcass breakdown: understanding anatomy, making clean cuts, portioning, and meat storage
Plus:
– Home-scale setup and essential tools
– Animal health checks and humane handling techniques
– Food safety and hygiene practices
– Opportunity to get hands-on with support in a small group setting

This is a rare opportunity – these workshops don’t happen often and are usually not run on just one weekend. We designed it to teach you everything from paddock to plate, and spots are strictly limited.
