This two-day intensive, guided by experienced practitioners, covers everything from animal selection and health assessment through to breaking down the carcass into quality cuts for the table.

What You’ll Learn:
Day 1 – Humane culling, bleeding out, skinning, gutting, and how to prepare the animal to carcass stage
